WEATHERFORD

We will read, evaluate, analyze, discuss, and write about a variety of non-fiction and fiction pieces. Specific genres to be covered include article, interview, short story, drama, novel, poetry, and biography. Students will also practice and improve writing and research skills. In an effort to better improve writing and reading skills we will be working with grammar and vocabulary. The purpose of this class is to prepare students for the ACT, the workforce, college writing classes, and citizenship as an adult.
